Questions, a problem, or a word that looks wrong? Email support@spellchampion.com. A real person (Carlos, who made the app) answers, usually within a day.

What you need

An iPhone or iPad with iOS 17.6 or later. Spell Champion listens on the device itself, so the device must support on-device speech recognition (the app tells you if yours can't).

Subscriptions

• Cancel or change a plan: on your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Spell Champion.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• New phone or reinstalled the app? In the app's parent area, tap Restore purchases.

Your family's information

• Change or delete a child's nickname, avatar, level and progress in the app's parent area.
• To ask us to delete the custom words linked to your family code, email us with the code shown in the parent area.
• Read what the app keeps (a one-page note for parents) or the full privacy policy.
